Plexiglass / Extruded Acrylic Sheet (aka Plexiglass, Acrylite ,Lucite, Optix, Perspex, Plexi, Plexy) is an excellent glazing, signage, window or display material that is unaffected by moisture, and offers a high strength-to-weight ratio. Plexiglass acrylic offers high light transmittance and can be easily heat-formed without loss of optical clarity. Professional Plastics offers generic acrylic sheets rather than Plexiglas® brand sheets. Plexiglas® is a tradename of Arkema.  Plexiglass Acrylic sheets may vary slightly by brand based on varying production techniques.


Plexiglass Colors & Tinting Options:
Translucent = Light & Shadows can be seen through Sheet.
Transparent = Images can be viewed through sheet (like tinted glass)
Opaque =  Neither light nor images can be seen through the sheet.
